Khane ko dehydrate karna matlab ke khane me se paani ke matra ko nikaal dena. Isse hota kya hai ke khana ke andar jo bacterias hoe hai wo form nahu kar paate hai,jse ke aap khane hafto ya mahino ke lea preserve kar sakte ho.

Agar ap dehydrator nahi lena chahte ho to aap ye ghar par low-temperature oven se bhi kar sakte ho. Oven ko aap jetna kam temp par kar sakte hai kar de, aur khane ko non-stick pan par rakhe. Is process ka ye faida hai ke aap khane ko dehydrate kar ke kahe carry kar sakte ho agar aap kahi tri par jaa rahe ho to. yaa kisi seasonal sabzi ko bhi aap store kar sakte ho.

Aur bina hawa ke bacteria form ho he nai sakte.,jo ke khane ko store karne me bahot help karta hai .isse aap khane ko 1-5 saal tak store kar sakte ho.
