Tanaw (Stress) Se Kaise Bache : jane sahi tarika

Tanaw hame tab hota hai jab hame kuch mental ya emotional presure ho. Aur pressure tab tanaw ban jata hai jab aap use jhel nahi paate ho.Sabhi log alag alag tareeke se react kate hai jab unke paas stress hota hai.,or kisi ko kisi cheez se bhi tanaw ho sakta hai,to ye aam baat hai,isme ghabraane jaise koe baat nahi hai.

par stress humare lea hanikarak bhi hai or agar dekha jaaye to acha bhi hai. Kharab kaise ,ke ye hamare sochne aur behave karne ke dhang ko badal deta hai. aur hmare body function par bhi asar karta hai. Tanaw me aapko anxiety ,tension , sleeping problems , sweating ,aur aapka concentratio power bhi kam ho sakta hai.

Ye bahot zaruri hai ke aap ise sambhalne ka technique pata ho.Is blog ke dwara mai aapko ise kam karne ka aur handle karne ka tareeka bataunga.

Exercise karen

Aapko pata hona chaheye ke exercise se naa he sirf aap sirf fit rahenge, aapka stress bhi kam hoga isse. Exercise ke kai faide hai. aur meditation bhi exercise ke andar he aata hai. agar aap roj meditation karte hai to ye possible hai ke aapke life me tanaw ke lea koe jegah he naa ho. isse aapka concentration power bhi badhta hai,or aapko cheezen handle krne me aasni hote hai. Aap agar chahe to yoga class bhi le sakte hai ya fir koe sport khel sakte hai.in short aap exercise me yaa physical activity me jetna khud ko involve karenge aap utne faide me honge .

Massage le

Massage bhi ek bahot achi thereapy hai tanaw dur karne ke lea. Massage se aapki emotional stress aur tension aafi hadd tak khatm ho jaate hai. Aap chahe to khud ko bhi massage de sakte ho jaise ke shoulder ,neck ,ya thighs par. Yaa agar aap chahe to kisi aapne ko bhi bol sakte hai massage dene ke lea. 

Khane me kanjoosi naa kare

Agar ap sahi diet le rahe ho to aapka Stress level kam rahga.Agar aapki sharir achi terah se nourished hai to aap apne emotional stress se cope up kar sakte ho. But agar aapko apni stress level kam karne hai to aap apne diet par zyada dhyaan de.

Breakfast bilkul time par karen. Breakfast ke matlab se he aap samj sakte hai ke ye ketna important ho sakta hai.Chahe aap kena bhi busy kyu na ho kabhi bhi ane brekfast ya koe bhi meal ko ignore naa karen.

Agar pssible ho to aap caffeine aur chini (sugar) consume karna kam karen. inse bhale he aapko thode der ke boost up milte ho ya energy milti ho par baad me jaakar aapka mood swing hona shuru ho jaega.to ise kam istemaal karen.

Sone ke saath kabhi bhi compromise naa karen

Aagar aap time se soo nahi rahe hain yaa aapki neend puri nahi ho paa rahi hai to chances hai ke aapka din tanaw purna rahega. soona bahot zaruri hai.isse aap agle din fresh aur healhy feel karte hain.islea ek din me nahi bhi to kam se kam 7-8 ghante zarur neend le. Raat me jald soone ke baad agar aap subeh uthte ho to aap khud bahot fresh feel karoge. aapke andar energy hogi.in cheezon ko utna important nahi samajh kar hm inpr dhyaan nahi deete hai,par inhi chote chote cheezeon se hamari zindgi behtar ban sakte hai.

Think Positive

Aapke zindgi apke soch par he nirbhar hai. Aap jaisa sochoge waisa he karoge .Islea hmesha apn sooch ko positive rakhe,jin logo se aapko negativity aati hai unse dur rahe . aagar aap ulta fulta ya negative sooch leoge he nai to aapke jeevan me kabhi stress naam ke cheez nahi hogi,aapki zindagi tension free hogi. Islea aapki soch aapke zindgi par bahot farak laa sakte hai.
