Humari life ke pehli cigarette kbhi bhi hmare khud ke paiso ke nahi hote ,hmesha hmara koe na koe dost hota hai jo kehta hai ke pee le,kuch nhi hoga. Aur hm ye jante hue bhi ke ye health ke lea ketna hanikarak hai. Hum ise pee he lete hai. Ek cigeratte me 1000 se bhi zyada unhealthy chemicals paaye jate hai.

Wo chemicals hamare lungs ko kaam karne se rok sakte hai. Ye sab jante hue bhi hm ise peete hai. Par agar aapko ye aadat chorni hai to aapko mai yha motivate karunga aur quit karne ka sahi tarika bataunga,aaiye jante hai…

Set a quit date. Ek Cigaratte Chorne ka din banaye

Aage hum ek din nishchit kar lete hai aur apne aap ko mna lete hai to hmare ye kaam thora aasan ho jata hai,ye din tb chune jab aap khali baithe ho,krne ko kuch na ho,us waqt apne aap ko mna le aur khud se promise kare ke i can do this. Aur hmesha khud se honest rahe..aap cigeratte khud ke lea chor rhe ho,dusron ke lea nahi,.to juth na bole kisi se bhi,

Apne aap ko vyast(busy) rakhe

Apne aap ko vyast rakhna bhi bht madadgar sabit ho sakta hai. agar aap apne aap ko busy rakhta hai to ye aapke mind ko distract krega cigeratte peene se aur aap khud ko rok sakte ho. aap ye sb kar skte ho apne aap ko busy rakhne ke lea..

 

  • Get out of the house for a walk.
  • Chew gum or hard candy.
  • Keep your hands busy with a pen or toothpick, or play a game 
  • Drink lots of water.
  • Relax with deep breathing.
  • Go to a movie.
  • Spend time with non-smoking friends and family.

 

Avoid smoking triggers

Smoking triggers hm use kehte hai jo aapko smoke krne ke lea uttawla krta hai.jaise ke aapka koe dost jo smoke krta ho,ya wo jagah jaha aap smoke krte ho.situations ,jb koe smoke kar rha ho to aap uske side se hat jao ,uske smell se bacho, here are some tips jo ke aapko smoke karne se rokege.

  • apne cigrattes ,ash tray or lighter sb fek de
  • Avoid caffeine, drink water 
  • Spend time with non-smokers.

Go to places where smoking isn’t allowed.Get plenty of rest and eat healthy

Stay positive

Khud ko positive rakhna bht achi baat hai,agar aap khud ko har ek waqt motivate krte ho aur rokte ho smoke karne se to isse acha kuch bhi nahi hai.smoking chorna bht difficult hai but namumkin nahi ,to short term gols and plans bna kar bhi hm ye kaam kar skte hai..make yourself sure ke kuch bhi ho jaye you are not going to take a single puff. Agar aao 24 hours ke lea sucessfull ho jate ho then reward yourself for motivation , you deserve it.

Dusron ke help le

sabhi ka koe na koe apna hota he hai jo chata hai ke aap smoke naa kare,usse madad le,,use bataye ke aapne quit kar deya hai aur wo aapko is chz se dur rakhne me help kare. isse aapka ye kaam aur bhi saral ho jayega.

I know ke ye kaam thode mushkil hai but friends you are the only one jo khud ke madad kar skta ho, so always motivate yourself no to smoke . once you quit ,aapko iske positive effects aapke body me dikhne lag jayenge..thanks friends,stay connected.
