Samagri Jo Paneer Butter Masala Banane Ke Liye Chahiye, wo neeche likhi hui hai:-

  • Paneer – 200gm.
  • Bade Pyaaj – 2.
  • Sabji masala – 2 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala – 1 tea spoon.
  • Haldi – ½ tea spoon.
  • Cheese – ½ tea spoon.
  • Malai – 4 tea spoon.
  • Sos – 4 tea spoon.
  • Adrak ka paster – 1 tea spoon.
  • Lahsun ka paste – 1 tea spoon.
  • Refined oil – 5 tea spoon.
  • Tamatar – 2 bada pcs.
  • Jerasath – 1 tea spoon.

 

Ab Hum Aapko Batate Hai Ise Banane Ka Sahi Tarika:

  • Pahle hum pyaj tamatar ko kaat kar mixe me pees lenge.
  • Aab hum kadahi ko gas par garam hone ke liye chadaienge jab kadahi garam ho jaegi  to hum usme refined oil dalenge ja0b yah boil ho jayega toh hum isme pisa hua tamatar aur payaj dalenge phir usme aadrak aur lehsun ka paste dalenge aur usme namak bhi swad anusar dalenege jab tak yah pyaaj tamatar adrak lahsun brown na ho jaaye .
  • Paneer ko chote – chote tukde me kaat denge aur kadahi me tehl garam karenge phir isko fry karke rakh denge.
  • Aab hamara masala bhun gaya hai aur aab hum isme haldi,mirchi, sabji masala, garam masala ko dalenge aur paanch minute tak bhunenge phir isme sos dalenge aur 2 minute tak pakaenge iske baad malai dalenge aur pakane ke liye chod denge jab isme malai tehl  chod ne lage tab hum isme 1 cup paani dalenge jab paani ubal jayega toh aur isme paneer ka fry kiya hua tukda dalenge. Jab ek ubal aajayega toh hum gas bund kar denge aur dhaniya pati aur cheese se garnish karenge aur nan ya tandoori roti ke saath garma garam serve karenge.
