Aaj kal machines aur technology ka zamana hai. In sab me humlog etna kho gaye hai. Physical activity kya hota hai hum bhool chuke hai. Agar aap physcally fit ho toa aapko kbhi koi bhi bimari nhi ho sakti. Aur swimming ek bahut hi achchi exercise hai. Jo ke body ko fit rakhne me bht madad karte hai.

Agar aap daily swimming karte ho toa ye mana jata hai ke aapse aur sab se fit ho. Aur swimming ki ye bhi bahut achchi baat hai. Ke ye stamina increase karte hai. iss blog me mai aapko swimming karne ka ekdam saral tarika aur sahi tarika bataunga.

Apne aap ko pani me comfortable kare

Kai log paani se darte hai,unhe dar rhta hai khe we duub na jaaye,to aapko phle ye dar bahar nikalna hai or paani me khud ko comfortable banana hai.

  • dont swim alone. apne sath waise kisi ko jarur le jae jise swimming aate ho.
  • dont swim in the moving water,
  • us gehrai tak he jaaye jaha tk ke aap comfortable ho aur khud ko handle kar paa rhe ho.
  • thande (cold) paani me swim naa kare.isse aap hath pair thk se nhi chala paoge

Get used to floating

Khud ko paani me float hone ke lea train kare. swimming pool ke chor ke hisse ko pakad kr aap apni aadhi body ko float karane ke koshish kejeye. ise tab tak practise karte rahe jab tk ke ye aap seekh naa jaye.

Don't panic

Kbhi bhi dare nahi..apke paas back support hai. aapko float karna aata hai. khud ko blkl he halka chor de aur lie down kar jaye . aap khud upar aa jaoge..dar kar ya ghabra kar jaldi jaldi saans naa le.

Paani ke andar saans chorne ke koshish kare

Paani ke bahr ek lambi saans le aur use andar jaa kar dhere dhere chorne ke koshish kare .aap jetna saans bacha paoge utne time tak aap andar reh paoge. is chz ke lea khud ko train kar le.

Practise kicking your legs

apne paairo ka chalna seekhe,kyuki aab aapko float karna aur paani me survive karna aa gya hai. to apne sar ko paani me upar rakh kar aur pair chalane ke tarike ko practise kejye, isse aap naye naye taknik bhi seekh sakte hai wo bhi khud se.

kbhi ulta kbhi seedha ,pair ko chalane ko moshish kare.

Apne haathon ka istemal kare paani se upar aane ke lea

Paani ke neeche jaa kar ,apne haathon ka istemal kare upar aane ke lea,,isse aapko paani ke andar rengna (crawl) aa jaege.isse aap lambi distance kam time me swim kar paoge aur ye teknik behte paani (moving water) ke lea bhi hai.
