Diet (khaana peena)

Apni diet par dhyaan de , khaana peena sahi se rakhe. Daily teen time ka khaana khaye, breakfast ,lunch, dinner.  Diet me fruits(phal), green vegitables(hari sabjiyaan) jyadatar khayen. Accha khaanapeena dimag aur shareer ko healthy rakhta hai. Jitna accha shareer hoga utna jyada aur man lagakar aap kaam kar skte hai.

Raat me jaldi sone ki addat daalein

Insaan ko humesha raat me jaldi khaana peena khaa kar so jaana chahye jisse vo subha jaldi uth sake. Aur scientists ka manna hai ke subha jaldi uthkar jogging ya fir kisi bhi tarah ka workout karne se shareer aur dimag healthy rehta hai. Jaldi uthne se aapka daily routine bohat hi sudhar jaega aur aap healthy bhi feel karenge .
