Meditation Kerne Ka Sahi Tarika

Medi tation kerne ka sahi tarika jan ker ap apni zindagi se stress or tension ko duur ker sakte hai. Meditation aik aisi mansik avastha hai jisme insan apne dimag aur mann ko ekagr kerne ki koshish kerta hai. Prachin kal se hi kbhi dharam ke naam pe to kabhi paramparao ke roop me iska abhyas kiya jata rha hai. Dhyan aise to aik mansik avastha hai lekin aj kal log isi abhyas ke taur pe bhi istemal kerte hai. Sabse achi baat ye hai ki dhayan kerne se kbhi koe nuksan nhi hota. Agar ap koe abhas galat ker rhe hai to uska side effect bhi hota hai lekin dhayan bhut si saral prakriya hai jo har koe ker sakta hai

Hum me koe log shor sharaba se dur rahana chahte Hain. Ye abhyaas vastav mein Dhyan nahin hai yah sab meditation ke vikalp hai kyunki aam taur per Apne dimag ko ekadam shant karne aur vicharon ko dimag mein aane se rokna aam aadami ke liye bahut kathin hai. Dhyan Bina pahle se soche Bina Yojana banaen dimag ke apne shant Rahane ki avastha hai tatha iske liye aapko kuchh alag se hi karna jaruri nahin hai. khush rahe aaspaas ke logon Ko pyar se mile aadi se iska Anubhav apne aap hi hota hai

Dhyan (meditation) mein kisi chiz ya kisi vyakti ki Kalpana nahin ki jaati hai balki ismein mansik bhavnatmak sharirik aur aadhyatmik roop se Shanti mahsus ki jaati hai agar aap apne dimag mein aane wale vicharon ko vicharheen jagrukta avastha yani ki thoughtless awareness dwara dhima kar sakte hain to isse aapko bahut fayda hoga . Vichar jagrukta nind yah samadhi nahin hai ismein vyakti Puri tarah se apne niyantran mein hota hai. Bus ismein vah Apne dimag ka upyog kisi ka vishleshan karne arthat kisi Ko kisi ki baat karne ke liye nahin karta hai aap meditation ki sthiti mein hai ya nahin iski parvah kiye Bina aap kisi bhi samay Dhyan kar sakte hain

Dhyan Ke Prakar (Type of Meditation)

Dhyan karne ka koi sahi ya galat tarika nahin hai. Aapko sirf aisa abhyas karna hai jo aapke liye mahatvpurn ho aur aapke vyaktitva ko nikhare . Meditation ke kai prakar hote hain usmein se kuch niche diye gaye hain :

1) Vipassana meditation : Vipassana sarvadhik mahatvpurn dhyan ki vidhi hai iska uddeshy mansik shanti ke liye Dhyan kendrit karna hota hai. Is prakriya se sans ka upyog kiya jata hai .Niyamit abhyas se aap apne vicharon ko samajhne lagenge aur vicharon ko samajhne se aap ko swayam ko samajhne mein madad milegi

2) Spiritual meditation : spiritual, jaise ki aap jante hain kisi bhi Dharm se related hota hai jaise ki hindu dharm mein atay atay aadhyatmik Gyan ka prayog Kiya jata hai. Yeh prathna karne ke saman hi hai ismein Puja karte samay aap apne charo aur Shanti mahsus karte hai. khud ko Bhagwan se jura mahsus karte hain

3) Focused meditation : kendriya meditation mein 5 indriyon mein se kisi bhi ek ka upyog karte hue ekagrata laane ki koshish ki jaati hai .Udaharan ke liye aap kisi bhi antarik chij Jaise sans ko Laksh man kar ja kisi bahri chij ,Jaise ki mala ki moti gin kar ya mombatti law dekhkar use per dhyan kendrit kar sakte hain .

4) Movement meditation : jyadatar log gatishil meditation ke naam se yoga ki kalpana karte hain. isme junglon mein chalna bagvani karna aur anya gatishil gatividhiyan mein Shamil Ho sakte hain. Is dhan ka ek aakhri roop hai jo yah gatividhiyon ka margdarshan karti hai

5) Mantra meditation: Hindu aur budh parampara samet dhyan ki anya taknikon mein Mantra Dhyan Pramukh hai . Man ko saaf aur Shant karne ke liye is prakar ke meditation mein ek Shabd vakya Dhavni ka bar bar uchcharan karna hota hai . Jaise ki “Om” is prakriya mein sabse adhik upyog kiya jata hai.

6) Transcendental meditation : Duniya bhar mein sabse lokpriya prakar ka Dhyan hai Transcendental meditation jise hum Gudh Chintan naam se bhi jante hai. Aur is per hi sabse jyada vaigyanik roop se Dhyan kiya gaya hai. Ye abhyas karne ke liye mantra Dhyan mein se adhik anukul hota hai .Ismein bhi Mantra yah Shabd ka prayog karna hota hai jo Dhyan ke liye jaruri hota hai

Dhyan Ke Niyam

Dhyan karne ke liye sahi samay subah ya sham ka waqt Uttam hota hai . Aisa mana jata hai ki samay Surya aur Prithvi ke bich ka kon 60 degree par hota hai aur is samay baith kar Dhyan karne se a pituitary gland aur Pineal Gland per achcha prabhav padta hai .

Apni reed ki haddi ko Sidhi rakhni chahie
