Zimmedari se bhag rhe ho ya nhi ?

Apne zimmedari ko samjhe . agar aapko lag rha ke aap apne zimmedari se bhag rhe ho to apne aap ko roke.Aaksar apne nashe ke khanapurti karne ke lea log apne zimmedari se bhagte hai , jaise ke college attendance ka fikar nahi karna, kaam par time se nhi pahuchna,ghar ke kaam ko ignore karna,laundry me kadpe nhi dena,homework time par nhi karna,wagera wagera.. Iska matlab ye hua ke aap apne man pasand cheezon par zyada dhyaan de,agar aapko khelna pasand hai to khali time me khelne chale jae. jis bhi cheez me aapki ruchi ho use practise kare, naye kitab padhe. naye loogon se mile,unse jude aur unse seekhe. dikkat hoti hai aur agar sahi bataun to talab bhi hote hai, par isko aap kaise overcome karte ho ye aapki himmat aur safalta dikhlate hai. apne aap ko kamzor na padne de. himmat rakhe.

Salah le

Kisi aese ko chune jo aapko ache se samajhta ho,jisse ke aap ye saari baaten discuss kar sakte ho.unse madad le. agar aapke paas aesa koe insaan nahi hai to doctor se mile.apne councelling karae. wo aapki achi tarike se madad kar sakte hai.wo aapki checkup kar ye bhi bata sakte hai ke aapko kitna nuksaan hua hai aur aap isse kaise bach sakte hai, doctor se salah lena ek sahi tarika hai.

Sharirik kasrat kare

Exercise ek aese cheez hai jo ke aapo ubhaar deti hai,iske bahot faide bhi hai. to apne aap ko exercisse karae , isse aap fit bhi rahoge aur confident mehsus karoge. apka motivation level bhi badhega.

Yoga ya Meditation try kar sakte hai.

Yoga ek bht achi cheez hai,ye India me he khoja gaya tha aur ise karna bhi aasan hai,apne aap ko fit banae,motivation khud aaege. Agar chahe to Meditation bhi kar sakte hai . isse aap dhaayn laga paoge aur apne himmat ko badhaoge.
