1. Payment App Se Complaint Raise Kare

Agar aapne Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm ya kisi aur UPI app ka use kiya hai to:

  • Transaction History open karein
  • Failed transaction select karein
  • Help & Support par click karein
  • “Payment Failed but Money Debited” option choose karein
  • Complaint submit karein

Zyada tar cases me complaint number generate ho jata hai jisse aap status track kar sakte hain.


2. Bank Customer Care Se Contact Kare

Agar payment app se solution nahi mil raha hai to apne bank ke customer care se contact karein.

Bank ko ye details dein:

  • Transaction Date
  • Transaction Amount
  • UTR Number
  • Registered Mobile Number

Bank transaction trace karke refund process ki information de sakta hai.


3. UPI App Ki Chat Support Use Kare

Aajkal almost sabhi UPI apps me live chat ya support option available hota hai.

Aap directly support team ko issue explain kar sakte hain aur refund status pooch sakte hain.

Ye method customer care call se kaafi fast hota hai.


4. NPCI UPI Complaint Portal Ka Use Kare

Agar bank aur payment app dono se solution nahi mil raha hai to aap NPCI complaint portal ka use kar sakte hain.

Complaint karte waqt:

  • UTR Number
  • Bank Name
  • Transaction Date
  • Amount

jaise details ki zaroorat pad sakti hai.

NPCI UPI ecosystem ko monitor karta hai aur dispute resolution me help kar sakta hai.


5. Bank Branch Visit Kare

Agar amount zyada hai aur refund kaafi dino se pending hai to nearest bank branch visit karna bhi ek option hai.

Bank officials transaction details verify karke complaint register kar sakte hain.


6. RBI Integrated Ombudsman Me Complaint Kare

Agar:

  • Bank response nahi de raha
  • Complaint ka solution nahi mil raha
  • Bahut samay beet gaya hai

to aap RBI Integrated Ombudsman Scheme ke through complaint file kar sakte hain.

Ye option tab use karna chahiye jab bank aur payment provider se satisfactory response na mile.


Refund Aane Me Kitna Time Lagta Hai?

Generally:

  • Successful reversal: 24-48 hours
  • Normal refund: 3-5 working days
  • Complex cases: 7-10 working days

Bank aur payment provider ke hisab se timing alag ho sakti hai.


Kaunsi Situation Me Refund Nahi Milta?

Galat UPI ID Par Paisa Bhej Diya

Agar transaction successful ho gayi aur paisa galat account me chala gaya, to automatic refund nahi aata.

Wrong Mobile Number

Galat number par payment karne par aapko bank aur receiver se contact karna pad sakta hai.

Scam Payment

Agar aapne khud payment authorize ki hai, to refund milna mushkil ho sakta hai.
