Samagri

  • Chicken keema- 500 gram

  • Dahi- ½ kg

  • Namak-swadanusar

  • Hari mirch- 2 kati hui

  • Onion- 2 kata hua

  • Ginger garlic paste- 1 table spoon

  • Haldi powder- 1 table spoon

  • Laal mirch powder- ½  table spoon

  • Hari mirch- 2 baari kati hui

  • Jeera powder-1 table spoon

  •  Dhaiya powder- 1 table spoon

  • Garam masala- 1 table spoon

  • Oil- 1 table spoon

 Vidhi

Keema ko ek patile mein nikal kar achhe se dho lein. Dahi, haldi aur laal mirch powder daal kar keema ko aadhe ghante ke liye marinate kar lein.Aadhe ghante baad marinate kiye hue keema ko dheeme aanch pr garm krein. Phir kate hue pyaj ko kadhai mein dhal kar bhun lein.Ab isme ginger garlic paste, hari mirch, jeera powder aur namak daal kar  dheemi aanch par 5 minute tak chalayein. Ab bhune hue masala mein marinate kia hua keema dal kar garam kare aur jate hue pyaj ko daalkar bhune. Ab isko achhe se mix karein aur 10 minute tak pakayein. Ab isme garam masala aur paani daal kar 10 minutes tak pakayein ya tab tak pakayein jab tak paani nai sukh jata. Dhyan rahe keema ka achhe se pakana bohot jaruri hai  isiliey ise pkane waqt lagatar chlate rahiye taki isme bilkul nami nai rehni chahiye. Ab keema ko nikal kar ek patile mein daal lein. Ab ek bowl aata(flour) nikal lein. Isme namak aur paani daal kar mulayam hone tk gunthe.Ab aate ki ladiyan tod lein.Ise roti ke loi ke aakar ka bana lein. Ab iske beech mein 1 spoon keema rakh dein au rise hatheli se band karke gol aakar mein bel lein. Ab tava ko medium aanch par rakh kar parantha daal lein.Aur ise tel lga sek lein. Ise achhe se paka kar nikal lein. Aise karte karte saara parantha paka lein. Aapka parantha taiyar hai. Ise ab aap thaali mein parosein.Aap iske sath apne swadanusar chatni ya achaar  daal kar anand lein.

 Ab jab humara paratha ban kar taiyar hai, ise aap chahe kisi gravy ke sath kha sakte hain ya phir chatni ya achar ke sath lekar kha sakte hain. dekha kitna asan hai ise banana. ab aap bhi ise har par banaiye aur apne hath ka bana hua keema paratha enjoy kijiye. agar aap koi sujhao dena chahte hain to niche comment jarur karein.
