 Aaj ke time pe chote chote baccho ki ankhe khrab ho jati hai or unko chasma lag jata hai,Bacche tv , computer , mobile in cheezon me apni adhiktar waqt guzarte hai jinse unke aankhon par farak padta hai to vo lense ka use karte hai jisse unki ankhe Or khrab ho jati hai, jisse ki unko bahut bade number ka chasma lag jata hai, fir


vo bina chasme ke Kuch nhi dekh pate, yaha tak agar unko t.v dekhne hota hai to vo t.v k bhi bilkul samne bethte hai Kyuki unko dikh nahi pata, kafi log unka majak bhi udate hi battry- ya kuch or bol k jisse un logo ko Bahut bura lagta hai. Is blog ke dwara mai aapko aese upaaye bataunga jisse ke aap apne aankhon ko kamzor hone se bacha sakte ho.


Hari sabji


Khana aap ka sabse pehla karan hai body ki har bimari ka kuch log hari sabji se nafrat karte hai To hame jitna ho sake utna hari sabji khani hai jese ki(PALAK,BATHUA,LOKI,MULI KA PATTE) ye sab Khane se aap ki anke ki roshni badhti hai. Walk sabse jyada jururi hai, hame normal 20 se 30 mint hamesha walk,Pe jana cahiye , isse body ki har bimari thik hoti hai, or agar aap ki ankhe khrab hai To aap subha or evening me walk pe jaiye or kisi park me ghaas par aap bina chappal chalo, 
Isse aap ki ankhe bahut jaldi thik hogi

Yoga se bhi hamari sabhi bimari thik hoti hai, to aap subha subha uth kar 20 mint kam se kam Aap yoga karo. aap isko ghar pe bhi kar sakte ho par agar aap yoga kahi khule me karte ho to vo aap ke liye aur bhi accha hoga.


Khira


Agar aap ki ankhe khrab hai to aap ke liye khira bahut accha hai daily khane ke sath
Aap khira lijiye, khira aap ka body thanda Rekhta hai jisse ankho ki jalan kam hoti hai, 
Aap khira kaat ke apne ankho pe bhi rakh sakte ho isse bhi aap ki ankhe thandi rahegi.


Pyaaj ka rass


Pyaaj ka rass ankho k liye bahut accha hai, aapne  kafi bar apne ghar pe dekha hoga ki jab
Ham pyaaj katte hai to ankho se anshu niklte hai, jo hamare liye bahut accha hota hai agar aap 
Nahi jante to jan lijiye, agar aap ki ankho me kamjori hai to aap payaj ka rass daliye, jisse aap ki ankho ka kachra bahar aata hai or aap ki ankhe saaf ho jati hai or aap ko ankhe kuch der bad thandi mehsus hogi.
