Machhli ko hum bade shauk se bana kar khate hain. Ab agar aap kabhi machhli khane ka man ban kar kharidne jate hain aur aapko baasi mahhli de di to aap kaise pehchanenge use? Mere anubhaw se baasi machhli aap shayad taste bhi karna pasand nahi karenge. To ab agar aap achhi aur taaji machhli ka swad lena chahte hain to aaiye mai aapko batata hoon ki kaise pehchante hain ki machhli fresh hai ya nahi.

 

1.hamesha ek achhe baajaar se machhli kharidein

hamesha ek achhe machhli bazaar mein jaayein aur puchh tachh karein. Agar aap wahan ke market ke baare mein nahi jante hain to apne padosiyon se puchh taachh kar lein.

 

2.aankhon kee jaanch karen

 Machhli lene jab aap pohonch jaenge to machhli ko utha kar jaanch karein. jaanch karne ke liye uski aankhon mein ko dekhe taazi machhli ki aank dheeli nahi hoti. agar machhli ki aankh puri tarah stretched hai to wo taazi hai. agar machhli ki aankhein dheeli hai to wo purani hai.

 

3.maans ki jaanch karein

ab aap sirf aankh dekh kar mano nai pehchan paa rahe to aapke paas dusra option bhi hai. Machhli ko utha kar use maans ko dekhen. taazi machhli ki maans naram aur laheeli hoti hai aur dekhne par chamadar hoti hai. agar skin apne ungli se daba kar ke dekh lein. agar maans dheeli hui to purani hai. uske shareer par kala dhabba ya chot lagne jaise nishan hue to wo purani hai.
 

4.machhali ki gandh

taazi machhli ki gandh halki halki tarbooj ya kakdee ki sugandh ki tarah aani chahiye. usme se koi badboo jaisi gandh nahi aani chahiye. uski skin shine karni chahiye.

 

5.galiyon ki jaanch karein

machhal kee galiyon ko dekho, jo geela hona chahiye aur light red ya ya light pink dikhai dega. aur agar yadi ye pheeke bhoore rang ka hua ya phir  yadi gahare sookhe ya ghinaune rang ka hua, to machhalei puraanei hai.

 

6.jod (seperation) ki jaanch karein

fillets ke maans mein jod ya gap ki jaanch karein. ek machhalee pattika par maans koee judaee ke saath tang hona chaahie. yadi maans par koee taral hai, to ise spasht aur doodhiya ya ghinauna nahin hona chaahie. ek saphed machhalee se ek taaja translucent hona chahiye aur aur ye discoloured bhi nahi dikhna chahiye.

 

To ab aap jante hain ki achhi taazi machhli kaise pehchana jata hai. ab aap machhli khana pasand karte ho to jaldi se apne area mein taazi machhli dhundhe aur bana kar khayein. agar aapke paas koi aur sujhaw hai to comment jarur karein. aapko agar kisi jaankari ke liye madad chahiye to jarr comment karein.
