HIMALAYAS ko Snow ( barf ) ka ghar or Shangri la bhi kaha jata hai. Himalayas me duniya ki 9 – 10 sabse uuche peak/mountains (pahaad) hai. Yaha par desh videsh se loag adventure ke liye aate hai. Har saal desh videsh se mountain trekkers (parvatarohi) na sirf adventure ke liye aate hai balki Himalayas ki sundarta dekhne bhi aate hai. Ye Himalaya parvat dikhne me jitney vishal or khatarnaak hai unki sundarata utni hi bemisaal hai. Yaha tak ye bhi kaha gaya hai ke hindu dharm ke kuch devi devtao ka ghar bhi mana jata hai Himalaya.

Sabse pehle jaruri jankari jaankari jaan le.

Jaane se pehle aapko puri jankari honi chahye. Jo jagah apne chuni hai trekking k liye. Internet dwara puri jankari le jis jagah ko apne chuna hai. Internet apko sabi tarike ki jaankari dega jaise ke, jagah ka naam, rehne ki jagah, guides, cab . local tours etc. Himalayas ka climate har time badalta rehta hai. Toa dhyan se soch samjhkar or acche jaankari nikalkar jagah ko chune or sare ke apnaye.

 

Jagah ko jaane or samjhe.

Himalayas ke pahado ki ek chain hai jo ko 2600 km lambi hai. Or ye chain Asian continent ke kuch hisso tak faili hui hai. Uttar se Himalayas shuru hote hai or mayanmar, Tibet or india k beech me sthit hai. Fir aage chalkar chain Bhutan tak pahuchti hai. Uske baad Sikkim jaha pra duniya ki 3rd sabse lamba pahad hai jiska naam, KANGCHENJUNGA hai. Fir ye pahado ki chain Nepal tak jaati hai aur fir india me pohachti hai, KINNAUR, SPITI, LADAKH aur last KARAKORAM RANGE. Jaha aap ja rahe ho uss jagah ke bare me jaanne se apko jagah ko chunne me madad milegi, aur aap kis tarike ki trekking karna chahte hai uske bare me bhi pata chalega.

 

Planning and preparation ( tayaari)

Trekking par jaane se pehle apko apne shareer ko uss layak banana hoga ke apka shareer himalays par apka saath de. Kyunki himalays ( pahado ) ka climate kisi bhi sheher se ek dum alag hota hai. Aur trekking ke liye apko pehle planning or preparation karna hoga. Jaise ke daily exercise , walk ya running for 10 to 15 km bag k saath, khaane ka time or khane ki samangri bhi badalni hogi kuch dino ke liye, kyunki Himalayas par apko pizza burger jaisi cheeze nahi milengi. Islye Himalaya ke pahado par jaane ke liye apko acche tayaari karni hogi.

 

Physical condition ( shareerik condition)

Jab aap himalays par jaane ki baat karte hai toa ek baat acche se dimag me rakhe ke apko trekking me chalna padega. Andaazan apko din kai ghante lagataar toa chalna hi hoga base camp tak pohachne ke liye jaha apko sab cheezo ki suvidhaye prapt hongi jaise ki khana peena, sone ke liye jagah, kapde , fresh hone ke liye garam paani ,or bhi bohat si cheeze.Apke pairo ki musceles pain karengi , pahado par thand hone ki wajah se oxygen ki matra kam ho jati hai jiski vajah se thakavat jaldi hone lagti hai, insaan ko mentally bhi strong hona padta hai. Ye itta difficult nahi hai. Bas apko tayari ke sath chalna hoga.

 

Mental condition.

Mental condition yani ke dimagi condition , ye shareerik condition se jyada zaruri hai. Bahut se European and Nepali tourist himalays ke trek ke liye aate hai aur vo yaha ka culture, loago ke chehre aur loago se interact ( baatcheet) na kar pane se pareshaan ho jate hai. Jabki yaha ke loag kaffi madad gar hai , thoda unke sath time bitane se pata chalta hai ye. Dimagi condition tou tab pata chalti hai jab trek ke liye jaate hai. Kyunki trek ke liye kam se kam apko 6 ya 7 ghantte non stop chalna hoga camp tak pohachne ke liye or vo bhi pahad par, us samay shareerik pareshaniya bhi hoti hai agar apka dimag apke sath hai toa apko itni kuch pareshaniya nahi hongi kyunki dimag hi shareerik pareshaniya utpann karta hai.

 

Trip ki tayaari.

Shareerik samasyaon ko hal, aerobic ke dwara.

.  Maps vagera acche se padhna .

.  Garam kapde pehnna kyunki aisi jagaho par Pure saal thand padti hai.

.  Camp aur khana banana ke equipments.

.  Rain proof tent.

.  Sone vale bag , gaddo ke saath.

.  Khana banana ka auzar jase ki keroscene stove etc.

 

Khaana aur tandrusti (fitness)

Pehla rule Himalayas par trek karne ka ye hai ke apko mentali (dimaagi) aur physicaslly ( shareerik) taur par fit rehna hoga. Accha khaana ek trek ka bahut hi zaruri hissa hota hai. Accha khane se mera matlab tasty pizza ya burger se nahi hai. Accha khana matlab protein or minerals se bhara hua jo apko trekking me madad karega. Khane ki choices limited ho janegi jab aap town ko chorenge aur Himalaya ke jungles me trek karenge, trekkers ko dry fruits , chocolates , sweets , soup packets , coffee , biscuit etc aisi cheeze lekar chalni chahye.

 

Medical kit

Medical kit bahut zaruri hota hota hai ek parvatarohi ke liye. Medical kit me bandage ( alag alag size ki) , maccharo ko bhagane wale lotions ( odomos vagera) , thermometer and antibiotics . kyunki pahado ka kuch nahi pata hota kab kya ho jaye.

 

Umeed karta hu ke aapko ye jaankaari sahi lagi hogi. Aur aapko samajh me aa gaya hoga ke Himalaya (Pahado) Pe Trekking Karne Ka Sahi Tarika kya hai.
