Kuch log bahut patle hote hai, bahut khate bhi hai hai par unki body me khaya hua nhi lagta Or vo bahut cheez try karte hai jisse ki wo mote ho jae par unki har koshish nakam ho jati hai,Patlepan ke karan unko koi kapda bhi thik se nhi aata isko leke vo log bahut paresan rehte haiKuch log to majak bhi udate hai ajeeb se comment pass karte hai, jisse vo log or bura feel karte hai.

Unhe aap wapis jawab bhi nahi de paate hoge, par ab aap ko paresan hone ki jururat nhi hai hamare pass aap k liye healthy hone ka sahi tarika hai isse aap k andar fat to aaega par vo ek acchi body k rup me aaega 
         

Breakfast


Patla hone ka pehla karan khana hai, ham patle kab hote hai jab ham kam khate hai or kaam jyada karte hai use hamare ander fat nahi aa pata, khas jinko vese he khana pina nahi lagta wo log isse or bhi kamjor ho jate hai isliye subha uth ke aap kuch khane ki cheeze use kare jese ki ham aap ko bataenge.

Ye sab aap subha khane me use kare


Sabse pehle aap kuch aalu ubal (boil) lo jitna ki aap kha sakte ho, us ke bad aap aalu ko dahi me mila do or usme namak ya suger jo aap ko accha lage vo dal lo or usko kha lo.

2 ghante bad aap cream me kela mix kar do or usme suger mila lo swad anusar or usko kha lo ye aapne subh me khana hai.

Is breakfast se aapko har terah ke nutrients (poshak tatwa) milega jisse ke aap din bhar ache stamina se kaam karoge.

Dopeher ka khana (Lunch)


Breakfast ke baad aap dopehar me rice (chawal) kha lo rice body me fat lata hai or 2 se 3 roti kha lo in Sab ko khane k bad kuch der yani 2 se 3 ghante bad aap( petha ki mithai) kha sakte ho,yaa fir kuch bhi meetha jo aapko pasand ho. Doodh ke sath mitha body me jyda fat le ke aata hai 

Raat ka khana (Dinner)


Rat ko aap  daliya(Oats) kha sakte ho, daliya(Oats) bahut halka hota  hai jo ki bahut jaldi hajam ho jata hai daliya aap doodh ya dahi k sath le sakte ho ,.
Week me 2 se 3 bar chicken prefer kro, agar aap vegetarian ho to aap paneer kha sakte ho isse aap ki body me fat aata hai.

Exercise

Rest 
 

Body ko aaram karne ki bahut jarurat hoti hai, body jab soti hai tabhi khana pina lagta hai to rat ko kam se kam 8 ghante ki nind jururi hai or din me 1 ghanta ka rest jururi hai
