  • Kuch antioxident jaise patton wali sabziyan,vegetables, pumpkins,sweet potatoes aur carrot.Inse aapke aankhon ke sun rays se protection hogi

Kabhi bhi apne room me Fluorescent clight ka use na kare ,isse aapke aankhon ko nuksaan pahuchte hai. Aagr aap kabhi koe kitab padhte ho to koshish kare ke light aapke peeche se aa rhi ho yaa fir seedhe paper par pad rhi ho. Kabhi bhi aandhere me laptop,computer par kaam na kare,yaa fir aandhere me television naa dekhe.

Ye baat ham sabhi ko pata hota hai ke aankhon ke beemariyon ka main kaaran yahi hai.Hmara generally time laptop ya computer par kaam karte waqt ya television dekhte waqt guzar jata hai,par ham dhyaan nahi dete hai ke isse hmare aangon par kaisa asar padta hai. In cheezon se hm jitna bach sakte hai or jetna kam use kar sakte hai utna hmare lea he faidemand hai.
