Besan Ki Sabji Banane Ka Sahi Tarika

Aaj hum besan ko tarah-tarah se istamal karne ke bare me seekhenge. Besan aaye taur par pakode ke liye jaana jaata hain. Aaj hum ise banne wali sabji ke bare me jaanenge. Iss Blog ke dwara hum aapko batayenge ke Besan Ki Sabji Banane Ka Sahi Tarika kya hai. Aur aap kise Besan se bahut saari achchi sabjiya bana sakte hai.

Isme lagne wale samagri neeche batayi gay hai:

  • Besan – 250gm.
  • Payaj – 500gm.
  • Sabji masala – 1 tea spoon.
  • Garam masala – 1 tea spoon.
  • Chicken masala – 1 tea spoon.
  • Adrak ka paste – 2 tea spoon.
  • Lahsun ka paste – 2 tea spoon.
  • Tamatar ka paste – teen bade tamatar ka paste.
  • Garam masala powder – 1 tea spoon.
  • Sabut jeera – 1 tea spoon.
  • Tejpata – 4 pieces.
  • Sarso telh – 200 gm.
  • Namak – swad anusar.
  • Haldi – 1 tea spoon.
  • Mirchi – 1 piece.

 

Besan ki sabji banane ki widhi:-

  • Besan ko hum ek bowl me lelenge. Besan me hum ek chamach sabji masala ek chamach garam masala  ek chamach chicken masala aur swad anusar namak dalenge aab is eek chamach ke sahayta se mila lenge. Phir ism ek chamach aadrak ek chamach lehsun, chaar bade sarso ke tehl dalenge ise bhi isme mix kardenge paani ke saahayta se ise aate ki tarah gund lenge.
  • Gunde hue besan ko choote choote  loe bana lenge  phir us loye ko haath par rakh kar gool kar lenge ise tarah se loi ko gol-gol bana lenge.
  • Ek bartan me doh litre paani lenge aur usko ubalne ke liye gas par chadaenge jab isme ubal aajayega toh isme besan ka bana hua gol-gol wala jo loh hum  banaye the usko ubalte hue paani me dal denge aur usko 5-10 minute tak ubalenge iske baad paani se nikal lenge aur thanda hone ke liye rakh denge.
  • Jab yah thanda ho jayega toh isko aalu ke tarah chaar – chaar tukde me kaat denge.
  • Aab ek kadahi gas par garam hone ke liye chadaenge jab kadahe garam ho jayege toh isme bacha hua sarso tehl dalenge jab tehl garam ho jayega toh isme sabut jeera aur tejpata ka tadka lagaenge. Jab jeera brown ho jayega toh isme payaj dalenge aur phir payaj me hi namak dal denge swad anusar jab payaj brown ho jayega toh isme pisa hua tamatar , lahsun dalenge, aadrak dalenge, sabhi masala dalenge aur dheemi aajh par bhun lenge. Jab yah masal aur tehl chodne lage toh isme besan ke kaate hue daane dal denge aur 15 minute tak bhunenge.
  • Bhun jaane ke baad isme paani dalenge jab das minute tak ubal jayega toh gas band kar denge au rise ek bartan me nikal lenge aur dhaniya pati se finishing dede.
